RE: Seniority Roster

Mr. Pechal,

It has be several years since a complete seniority roster has been supplied to this committee.
Therefore I am making a formal request for a complete and updated seniority roster.

This request is made under the provisions of collective agreements made with the United Transportation Union and the BNSF.

1955 SP&S Road Agreement
Rule 24 Seniority Rosters.
Seniority rosters will be revised semi-annually, General Local Chairmen of the Order of Railway Conductors and Brakemen to be provided with a copy.

1968 Merger Implementing Agreement No 1 also states that revised roster must be provided.

Please advise this committee when a revised roster will be provided.
